About this policy
This policy applies to Bank Deposit Tracker for Android, provided by MNH-MILU Apps, and its support website at sdt.muj-i.uk. It explains the app's handling of records, device information, advertising and purchases.
The accounts you create are entries in your personal ledger. You do not create an online account with us, and the app does not connect to your bank or request bank login credentials.
Your records
Account names, notes, balances, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, amounts, dates and your currency settings are stored in the app's database on your device. The app uses these records to display balances, history and charts.
We do not receive a copy of your ledger through an app server. The app does not attach account names, notes, balances or transaction details to its advertising requests. It does not include a separate developer-operated analytics or crash-reporting service.
Backups and sharing
If you export a backup, the app creates a file containing your ledger and currency information. You choose where to save or share it through Android, such as a file manager, email or a cloud storage service. Those destinations handle the file under their own privacy policies. Restoring a backup reads the file you select into the local app database.
Android's cloud backup or device-transfer features may also copy the app's database and preferences, depending on your device settings. Manage these copies through Android and your backup provider. The app does not operate its own cloud sync service.
Advertising and consent
The free app uses Google AdMob for a Home banner and optional rewarded ads that unlock an additional account slot. Google may collect and share IP addresses, approximate location inferred from an IP address, ad and app interactions, diagnostics, and device or account identifiers for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. Google states that Mobile Ads SDK transmissions use TLS encryption.
Google's User Messaging Platform checks consent requirements and displays a privacy message when required. Ads are requested only when that platform permits ad requests. When available, open Settings → Privacy → Ad privacy choices to review or change your choices. You can also manage advertising identifiers in Android's privacy settings.
Premium removes the banner and rewarded-ad requirement. Read Google's privacy policy and Google's Mobile Ads data disclosure for its data practices.
Google Play purchases
The optional one-time Premium purchase is processed by Google Play. Google handles your payment method; the app does not receive your payment-card details.
The app receives purchase information such as the product, purchase status, token and signed receipt. It stores receipt information in secure device storage to verify ownership and restore Premium. This purchase cache is excluded from the app's Android backup rules and is not included in ledger exports. Google retains payment and purchase records under its own policies.
App lock and device data
If you enable a PIN, the app stores a salted PIN hash in secure device storage. Biometric unlock is handled by Android; the app receives an authentication result and does not receive your fingerprint or face templates.
App lock protects access through the app's interface. It does not encrypt the ledger database or exported backup files. Use your device's screen lock and keep your device and backups secure.
The app reads device and operating-system information, including a device identifier, locally for device and platform behavior. The app does not send this information to a developer-operated backend. Third-party Google services may collect their own identifiers as described above.
Other services
The app may download and cache fonts from Google's font servers. These requests can expose ordinary connection information, such as your IP address, to Google. They do not contain your ledger records.
Opening a website, sharing a backup or sending a support email uses the browser, app or provider you choose. If you contact us, we receive your email address and the message or attachments you send, and use them to respond to your request. Please avoid sending bank credentials or unnecessary financial records.
This website's hosting and network providers, including Cloudflare, may process IP addresses and request information to deliver and protect the site. This privacy page does not embed advertising, analytics scripts, tracking pixels or a contact form.
Third-party information: Google and Cloudflare.
Retention and deletion
Your ledger remains on your device until you delete records, clear the app's storage or uninstall it. Deleting an account in the app also deletes its associated transactions. Android may restore previously backed-up data if you reinstall or change devices. After an upgrade from an older version, an original database may also remain inside app storage as a recovery copy; deleting current records does not remove that copy, but clearing app storage does.
To remove all local app data, use Android Settings → Apps → Bank Deposit Tracker → Storage → Clear storage (the wording varies by device). Separately remove exported backups and cloud backup copies from the services where you saved them. Deleting local records does not delete those external copies or Google's purchase history.
We keep support correspondence for as long as needed to handle the request and any applicable record-keeping obligations. To request access, correction or deletion of information you sent directly to us, contact the email below. We cannot remotely read or erase a ledger that is stored only on your device. For data held by Google or another provider, use that provider's privacy controls.
